What are some other ways to respond to someone saying "thank you" besides "de rien" or "vous êtes bienvenue"?

“De rien” is a translation of the Spanish de nada.

“Avec plaisir.”

“Vous etes bienvenue” is a literal translation of the English “You’re welcome”. I have never heard it used in France.

Why, after being called "Libraries," for centuries, are these hallowed college institutions being renamed: "Learning Centers," and "Resource Centers," etc? What's wrong with the time-honored and venerable name: "Library"? What is to be gained?
